If you wish, you can return the order to us. We can change the colors according to your tastes, or give you a full refund if you wish.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for purchases over $50. For a lower amount, the delivery amount is 10

What are the delivery times?

Once your payment is validated, we process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days after payment (please note that we ship orders on Mondays – Wednesdays – Fridays excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered to you 10-12 business days after shipment (This period may be extended after 20 business days depending on external delivery platforms. We would like to point out that this is completely beyond our control). A shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email to the address indicated during your purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we deliver exclusively to the United States. Where do you ship your product from? Our offices are located in Sucé sur Erdre, Loire-Atlantique, France. We have several warehouses in France and China.

Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to the email address: [email protected] and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided that the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
